Returns & Exchanges – FAQ

What is the return period?
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility when the return does not result in an exchange.
For a size exchange, our company covers the return shipping costs.
Exception: for the United States and Europe, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

What happens if my product is defective?
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if a defect is found.
If the product has been worn for more than 7 days, no refund will be issued.
After verification, a replacement with a new product will be offered when a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Can I return a worn item?
Yes, as long as the item is clean and not washed.
A small amount of pet hair from trying on the item is acceptable. if the boots have been worn outside, they are not refundable 

Are there cleaning fees?
A $15 cleaning fee may apply if the item is returned dirty.

Are sale items refundable?
No, sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.


Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer when the return does not result in an exchange.
For size exchanges, return shipping costs are covered by our company.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it. The merchandise must be clean and not washed. A small amount of pet hair is acceptable.

If your return is approved for an exchange, we will provide a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

If a product has a manufacturing defect and has been worn for more than 15 days, no refund will be issued.
After verification, a replacement with a new product will be offered when the defect is confirmed.

Defects caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or improper fit are not considered manufacturing defects.


Please note that any garment returned dirty, except for minor pet hair from trying on, may be subject to a $15 cleaning fee, which will be deducted from the refund.
Any item that is not in resalable condition will be donated.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Return or Exchange

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

For exchanges, you may download a prepaid return shipping label along with the exchange instructions.
A standard exchange will be shipped after the original item is received and inspected at our warehouse.
An instant exchange allows the new item to be shipped immediately before the original item is returned. Credit card information will be required, and an amount equal to the value of the new item will be temporarily authorized for 7 days. Once the original item is returned and received, the authorization will be released.
If the item is not returned within two weeks, the full amount will be charged.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
